MRCOOL DIY 18,000 BTU 5th Gen Easy Pro 20 SEER2 Ductless Mini Split Heat Pump System - R454B - 230V Fairly easy to install some directions said to use 3 1/2” hole but on template it was 2 1/2” which is what I used. Some of the other directions not to clear, still not sure where the little black filter goes?

Cools fast, runs efficiently, but the packaging could be sturdier. Still, highly recommend.
