At The Living Outlet, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

Return eligibility, restocking fees, and return shipping costs may apply.

Special Order Items

Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or production has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
