Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

Return eligibility, restocking fees, and return shipping costs may apply.
