Steps to Obtain Your Desired Price Match

To get a price match, you must complete the following requirements:

  • Same Thing
    The item has to be exactly like the one that The Living Outlet sells, including the brand name, model number, size, colour, and condition.
  • Store in the U.S.
    The competition has to be a U.S. store that is licensed and certified and offers new, real goods directly to customers.
  • We can't match prices from:
    Places on the web where you can bid, like eBay
    Marketplace listings, such as those from third-party vendors on Amazon,
    Craigslist, Overstock, and AliExpress, all let you post classified ads and liquidation sales.
  • The item's availability
    Both the Living Outlet and its rival need to have the item in stock and available to ship right away.
  • Prices that are similar
    The price of the competition must include the item's cost, shipping, and any taxes that may apply. We will look at the final pricing at checkout to make sure it is fair and correct.
  • Need Proof
    You need to provide either a working URL or a screenshot that clearly demonstrates the competitor's product information and price.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Our Price Match Policy does not cover flash discounts, bargains that are only available for a short period, or clearance events. BOGO (buy one, get one) or packaged bargains are likewise not safe.
  • Offers that give you money back, coupon codes, or benefits for being a loyal customer
  • You can only get discounts if you're a member or if you buy many products at once, like at Costco or Sam's Club.
  • You may encounter incorrect prices, subpar prints, or prohibited vendors.
  • Things that have been opened, used, or owned before
  • Offers for loans, store credit, or gift cards
  • Requests for exchanges or swaps
  • Acquiring a large quantity of an item to resell it later

How to Ask for a Price Match

If you want to ask for a price match, please call our customer service staff before you place your order or within 24 hours of buying something. This is what you do:

Please add this:

  • Please include your full name and contact information.
  • The product name, the SKU, and a link to our listing
  • A link to the competitor's website or an image of it with the prices on it
  • Please provide your order number if you have already made a purchase.
  • Within one business day, our support team will review the details and verify that you qualify.
  • If we agree, we will either adjust the price before you complete your order or refund the difference to the original payment method you used.
