What We Promise
At The Living Outlet, we believe online shopping should be simple, transparent, and fair. We work hard to keep our prices competitive and offer strong value across our entire catalog.
If you find an identical product offered at a lower price by a qualified U.S. retailer, we’re happy to review your request and match the price when eligible.
Our goal is to ensure you always feel confident that you’re receiving excellent value when shopping with us.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met.
1. Identical Product
The product must be an exact match, including:
- Brand
- Model number
- Size and color
- Condition (new, unused, unopened)
2. Qualified U.S. Retailer
The competitor must be:
- A licensed and established U.S.-based retailer
- Selling authentic, new products
- Selling directly to consumers (not through a marketplace seller)
We do not match prices from:
- Auction or bidding websites (e.g., eBay)
- Third-party marketplace sellers (including Amazon Marketplace listings)
- Classified or liquidation platforms (e.g., Craigslist, Overstock clearance, AliExpress)
- International retailers
3. In-Stock Availability
The product must be:
- In stock at The Living Outlet, and
- In stock and immediately available for shipment from the competitor
4. Comparable Final Price
The competitor’s price must reflect the final checkout cost, including:
- Item price
- Shipping charges
- Mandatory taxes or fees
We compare total delivered price to ensure fairness.
5. Proof Required
Please provide:
- A working URL to the competitor’s product page or
- A clear screenshot showing product details and pricing
Exclusions & Limitations
Price matching does not apply to:
- Flash sales, limited-time promotions, or clearance events
- Buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers or bundled deals
- Coupon codes, rebates, loyalty rewards, or membership pricing
- Bulk or wholesale pricing (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club)
- Pricing errors, misprints, or unauthorized sellers
- Open-box, refurbished, or used products
- Financing offers, store credit, or gift card incentives
- Requests related to exchanges
- Purchases intended for resale or bulk acquisition
How to Request a Price Match
Price match requests should be submitted before placing an order or within 24 hours of purchase.
How to Submit
Email us at support@thelivingoutlet.com and include:
- Your full name and contact information
- Product name and SKU from The Living Outlet
- Link to our product page
- Competitor’s product link or screenshot
- Your order number (if already purchased)
Our team will review and verify your request, typically within one business day.
If Approved
- We will adjust the price before checkout or
- Refund the difference to your original payment method if the order was already placed
