Price Match Policy

PRICE MATCH POLICY

At The Living Outlet, we work hard to keep our prices competitive. If you find the same product sold at a lower total price by a qualified U.S. retailer, we will match that price when all eligibility conditions are met.

HOW TO QUALIFY:


- The product must be an exact match in brand, model number, size, color, and condition (new, unused, unopened).
- The competitor must be a licensed, established, U.S.-based authorized retailer currently in stock on the item.
- The lower price must be publicly visible and verifiable at the time of your request.
- Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order or within 24 hours of purchase.
- We compare total delivered price, including item price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRICE MATCH:


- Promotional or limited-time discounts, rebates, coupons, or "buy one get one" offers
- Prices from auction, discount, or marketplace sites (e.g., eBay, Overstock, Amazon third-party sellers)
- Prices from unauthorized resellers
- Exchange orders or replacement orders

Note: All product pages on this site that reference a price match are subject to this policy. We do not guarantee to beat any competitor's price — we will match it when all conditions above are satisfied.
