1. How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. In some cases, certain items may ship sooner depending on inventory availability and warehouse schedules.
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. If an item requires a longer delivery timeframe, this will be clearly noted on the product page and you will be notified prior to shipment.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club)
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
3. What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our 30-Day Return Policy.
Special-order or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation or return once an order has been placed.
5. What if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If the packaging or product appears damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
If you are unable to fully inspect the item at delivery but suspect damage, write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the product and packaging to info@thelivingoutlet.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. How do I place an order?
1. Online:
- Select the product you wish to purchase
- Click “Add to Cart”
- Proceed to checkout and complete your order
2. By phone: You may also place an order by calling 1-800-212-8846 during business hours.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and processing will begin promptly.
7. How do I know when my order ships?
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent so you can monitor delivery progress.
- If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within one business day to discuss available options.
8. Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes. An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and keep this confirmation for your records.
9. Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Wyoming. Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within the state of Wyoming, in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Orders shipped to other states are not currently subject to Wyoming sales tax. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
10. Can I change my order?
Order changes may be requested before shipment, subject to availability.
To request a change, email info@thelivingoutlet.com with your order number.
- If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded.
- If the replacement item costs more, a secure invoice will be provided for the balance.
Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible, but eligible items may still be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.
Q: How does ACH or Wire payment work?
If you select ACH or wire transfer at checkout, your order will be placed while payment is pending. We will email you an invoice with payment instructions. Once funds are received and confirmed, your order will ship. Customers paying via ACH or wire save an additional 3%.
