What if my order arrives damaged?
We ask that you carefully check your package upon delivery. If you notice any signs of damage—even to the outer box—please note it when signing for receipt. If you can’t open the package during delivery but believe damage may have occurred, write “possible damage” on the delivery slip. Should your item arrive damaged, simply send photos to support@thelivingoutlet.com. Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund. Please refer to Return and Refund Policy for full details.
