Upgrade your home comfort with the MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU 4-Zone Mini Split Heat Pump Condenser, model DIY-MULTI4-27HP230D-O. Designed to support up to four air handlers, this ductless mini split condenser provides efficient heating and cooling for multiple spaces covering approximately 1,000 to 1,200 square feet.
The MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen Multi-Zone system features patented Quick Connect® pre-charged line sets, making installation easier without the need for traditional refrigerant charging. The system uses R-454B refrigerant and delivers a 23 SEER2 rating and 9.5 HSPF2-4 rating for efficient year-round comfort. The line sets are sold separately.
With 26,000 BTU cooling capacity and 26,000 BTU heating capacity, this 2.25-ton condenser operates on 208/230V single-phase power. The included DIYPro® cable eliminates the need for electrical conduit, while Follow Me® technology helps monitor the temperature around the remote for personalized comfort.
Smart controls are available through the MRCOOL Smart HVAC Controller® Module and App, with support for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. The system also offers Wi-Fi connectivity, Quiet Mode, Auto Cool, and compatibility with iOS and Android devices.
