I purchased the MRCOOL DIY Select 24,000 BTU system for my large living area, and it has been working great. It cools the room quickly, maintains a comfortable temperature, and runs much quieter than I expected.
Fairly easy to install some directions said to use 3 1/2” hole but on template it was 2 1/2” which is what I used. Some of the other directions not to clear, still not sure where the little black filter goes?
Perfect for our small apartment. Simple setup, great airflow, and very quiet.
Great system, but I wish the Wi-Fi app was a little more polished. Otherwise, no complaints.
