MRCOOL DIY Easy Pro 12,000 BTU 19.5 SEER2 Ductless Mini Split Heat Pump w/ 11.5 ft. DIY Line set - R-454B - 115V

Professional heating and cooling is now within reach for capable homeowners. The MRCOOL DIY Easy Pro 12,000 BTU mini-split heat pump provides dependable year-round comfort for bedrooms, home offices, workshops, garages, and other spaces up to 550 sq. ft.

The included 11.5 ft. pre-charged Quick Connect® line set arrives factory-sealed with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuum pumps, manifold gauges, or refrigerant charging. With up to 19.5 SEER2 efficiency, built-in smart controls, and reliable performance in demanding temperatures, it delivers professional-level comfort without the traditional contractor expense.

True DIY Installation: Includes an 11.5 ft. factory-sealed, pre-charged Quick Connect® line set with R-454B refrigerant. No HVAC license, vacuum pump, manifold gauges, specialized equipment rental, or refrigerant charging is required.
Energy Savings: DC inverter compressor technology automatically adjusts output based on the room’s current demand, reducing the inefficient on-and-off cycling common with conventional systems. The result is up to 19.5 SEER2 cooling efficiency and 9.3 HSPF2-4 heating efficiency.
Smart Comfort Control: Built-in Wi-Fi allows you to adjust temperatures, operating modes, and schedules through the MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller®. The system is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for convenient voice control.
Comfort in Any Climate: Engineered to operate in outdoor temperatures ranging from -13°F to 122°F, providing dependable heating during cold weather and consistent cooling through peak summer conditions.
Whisper-Quiet Operation: The indoor air handler operates as low as 17.5 dB(A) in Sleep mode, making it an excellent choice for bedrooms, home offices, and other noise-sensitive spaces. Five fan-speed settings let you balance airflow and sound based on your comfort needs.
Easy Maintenance: Washable, reusable filters reduce the cost and inconvenience of replacement filters. The Gold Fin® corrosion-resistant condenser coating helps protect against moisture, humidity, and environmental wear for lasting performance.
Worry-Free Warranty: Backed by a 5-year compressor warranty and a 3-year parts warranty, with ETL certification confirming compliance with applicable North American safety standards.

The shopping experience was seamless.

The shopping experience with The Living Outlet was seamless from start to finish. Our order arrived on time, everything was very well packed, and the entire process went smoothly. Before placing the order, I had a couple of questions about the system and wanted to make sure we were choosing the right option. Ryan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions clearly, which made us feel much more confident about the purchase. The installation also went smoothly, and so far we are very happy with the system and how everything has worked out. It is always reassuring to purchase from a company that is responsive and helpful both before and after the sale. Overall, we had a great experience with The Living Outlet and are very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks, TLO!
