Enjoy efficient year-round comfort without installing a traditional outdoor condenser. The MRCOOL® Monoblock MTHP Series MDM10115D combines cooling, heating, dehumidification, and fan operation in one compact, wall-mounted system.

Unlike conventional mini-splits, the Monoblock houses the refrigeration components inside the indoor unit, eliminating the need for an outdoor condenser and external refrigerant line set. Only the required intake and exhaust openings pass through the exterior wall, helping maintain a cleaner exterior appearance while simplifying installation.

Powered by DC inverter technology, the system automatically adjusts its output to match the room's heating or cooling demand. With up to 10,000 BTU of rated cooling capacity, 9,000 BTU of rated heating capacity, and a 15 SEER2 efficiency rating, it is designed to provide comfortable, consistent temperatures while reducing unnecessary compressor cycling.

The Monoblock operates on 115V power and features quiet operation as low as 32 dBA, making it a practical comfort solution for bedrooms, home offices, additions, workshops, apartments, and other spaces where installing a conventional outdoor condenser may be difficult or undesirable.

The MRCOOL Monoblock does not require an outdoor condenser or conventional refrigerant line set. Installation requires mounting the system on a suitable exterior-facing wall and creating the required openings for outdoor air intake and exhaust.

A condensate drain connection should also be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Always review the installation manual before beginning installation. Electrical connections, wall penetrations, clearances, drainage, and mounting must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable local building and electrical codes.
