The 5th Generation MRCOOL® DIY® 18K BTU Ductless Heat Pump Single Zone Mini-Split Air Handler is a powerful and efficient solution for heating and cooling spaces up to 800 sq. ft. Designed with a true DIY installation in mind, this system eliminates the need for special tools or professional assistance, making setup fast, simple, and cost-effective.
One of the standout features is the pre-charged 25-foot DIY® QuickConnect® line set, which comes pre-filled with R-454B refrigerant. This means there’s no need for vacuuming, cutting down on installation time and costs. Additionally, the included DIYPRO® cable removes the need for electrical conduit, providing added durability and protection against outdoor elements and wildlife.
Controlling your system is effortless with multiple options to fit your lifestyle. Adjust settings using the wireless remote, the SmartHVAC app for Apple and Android devices, or hands-free voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Engineered for long-lasting performance, the Gold Fin® Condenser in the outdoor unit offers superior corrosion resistance, especially beneficial in coastal environments.
