MRCOOL Advantage 5th Gen 36k BTU 230V Mini-Split System – Air Handler & Condenser
Give yourself an advantage - literally - with our 5th Generation 36k BTU 230V Advantage condenser. This Advantage unit must be installed by an HVAC professional, which will be a relatively fast and inexpensive process, as ductless mini-splits typically have an easier installation than most HVAC units.
This 36k BTU unit is perfect if you need to cover a space that is up to and around 1,550 sq. ft. space in efficient, reliable comfort. Covering a large space won’t break the bank, either, because this unit achieves a SEER2 rating of 18 as well as an HSPF2-4 rating of 8.5, meaning you can bring your space to whatever temperature you want without watching your bills skyrocket.
A new refrigerant, R-454B, gives this system an edge over its previous generation, which used R-410A. This means that the 5th Generation Advantage is a much more environmentally sound and energy efficient option because R-454B has a GWP (global warming potential) that is 80% lower than the refrigerant used in the previous generation, which makes this system a great choice for you and everyone on the planet. It’s an incredibly convenient choice, too, because it includes a Wi-Fi module, which enables control of your system through your phone and Amazon Alexa or Google Home, giving you the ability to control your space’s temperature with just your voice.
