Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Return authorization is required before sending any item back
- Certain items such as installed equipment or custom-built systems may not be eligible for return
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
