The shopping experience with The Living Outlet was seamless from start to finish. Our order arrived on time, everything was very well packed, and the entire process went smoothly. Before placing the order, I had a couple of questions about the system and wanted to make sure we were choosing the right option. Ryan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions clearly, which made us feel much more confident about the purchase. The installation also went smoothly, and so far we are very happy with the system and how everything has worked out. It is always reassuring to purchase from a company that is responsive and helpful both before and after the sale. Overall, we had a great experience with The Living Outlet and are very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks, TLO!

The system works great and good value for the price.

Energy bills are noticeably lower, and the comfort level is much better compared to our old unit

This is the second MRCOOL we’ve purchased. The 12K fits our office perfectly. Couldn’t be happier.

Cools fast, runs efficiently, but the packaging could be sturdier. Still, highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier. Keeps our large bedroom perfectly cool, and I love controlling it with my phone.

Perfect system for a nursery. Runs quietly and keeps the temperature steady all night.

Puts out plenty of cold air for our family room. Quiet enough that we can watch movies without distraction.

Perfect for our small apartment. Simple setup, great airflow, and very quiet.

Great system, but I wish the Wi-Fi app was a little more polished. Otherwise, no complaints.

Nice little unit. It’s not as powerful as the larger ones of course, but for a small room, it does the job well.

We’ve had this for a few months now, and I’m impressed with how well it heats in the winter too. Very versatile
