Advanced cold-climate comfort with true DIY® convenience. The MRCOOL® DIY® 12,000 BTU 208/230V Hyper Heat Single-Zone Mini-Split System includes both the outdoor condenser and matching wall-mounted air handler, creating a complete heating and cooling solution for spaces between 350 and 500 sq. ft.

Built for demanding weather, this system provides dependable heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -22°F and reliable cooling up to 122°F. The included 25 ft. pre-charged No-Vac® QuickConnect® line set and protective DIYPRO® armored cable simplify installation, while smart controls, quiet performance, and advanced operating modes provide comfortable year-round climate control.
