Powerful cold-climate comfort with the convenience of true DIY® installation. The MRCOOL® DIY® 18,000 BTU 208/230V Hyper Heat Single-Zone Mini-Split System includes both the outdoor condenser and matching wall-mounted air handler, providing a complete heating and cooling solution for spaces between 500 and 800 sq. ft.

Designed for demanding climates, this system provides dependable heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -22°F and efficient cooling up to 122°F. The included 25 ft. pre-charged No-Vac® QuickConnect® line set and durable DIYPRO® armored cable simplify installation, while smart controls, quiet operation, and advanced comfort modes make it a strong choice for year-round home comfort.

Complete Single-Zone System: Includes the 18K Hyper Heat outdoor condenser and matching wall-mounted air handler for a complete, properly matched heating and cooling system.
Hyper Heat Performance: Delivers dependable heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -22°F and reliable cooling in temperatures up to 122°F, making it ideal for regions with harsh winters and hot summers.
DIY® Installation: The included 25 ft. No-Vac® QuickConnect® line set arrives pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant. No vacuum pump, manifold gauges, refrigerant charging, or specialized HVAC tools are required.

Directions

Fairly easy to install some directions said to use 3 1/2” hole but on template it was 2 1/2” which is what I used. Some of the other directions not to clear, still not sure where the little black filter goes?
