MRCOOL DIY 12,000 BTU 23.5 SEER2 5th Gen Hyper Heat Single Zone Mini Split System - 230V
The MRCOOL® DIY® 12K BTU 208/230V Hyper Heat 23.5 SEER Ductless Heat Pump Single Zone Mini Split Condenser delivers powerful, high-efficiency climate control with simple do-it-yourself installation—no special tools, training, or professional assistance required. It’s ideal for heating and cooling spaces between 350–550 sq. ft. It is compatible with both our sleek wall-mounted air handlers and the low-profile DIY® OuttaSight® Ceiling Cassette. Installation is fast and straightforward thanks to the 25-foot DIY® QuickConnect® line set, filled with environmentally-friendly R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuuming or handling refrigerant. This system can continue heating down to -22 degrees.
The included DIYPRO® cable enhances system protection, replacing traditional electrical conduit to guard against weather, pests, and yard work damage. Enjoy flexible control with multiple options: the included remote, the SmartHVAC app for iOS and Android devices, or voice control through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The corrosion-resistant Gold Fin® condenser coating is designed for durability, making it ideal for both inland and coastal environments.
This system is loaded with smart features, including Auto-Restart to maintain continuity of comfort after power loss, a programmable Timer to correspond to your schedule, and the Sleep function, which increases efficiency while you sleep. For peace of mind, the unit includes a limited lifetime replacement and annual care kit with enrollment in the MRCOOL® Care Program, and comes standard with a 7-year compressor and 5-year parts warranty with online product registration.
