Failed or Declined Payments

  • If the payment problems aren't fixed within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled on its own.

Refunds & Reversals

  • You will get your money back in the same way you paid for it within 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Your bank or payment processor can take an extra 3 to 5 business days to show the refund.

Taxes & Currency

  • All payments are in US dollars ($).
  • When you check out, we figure out how much sales tax to charge you based on where you live.
